In grateful appreciation for human diversity, TOPS Terminal allows you to change certain aspects of its behavior. You express a preference by pulling down the Settings menu, selecting "Your Preferences", and double-clicking on the preference you want to change.
The preferences you state are permanent, and they apply immediately upon stating them. Preferences which apply to terminal or editor windows have their effect at once on windows that already exist when the preference is stated.
